Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your account: your email address and password. Passwords are stored encrypted; we can't see them.
• Your Readiness Score: your answers and the email address you give us.
• Your study progress: quiz scores, questions you missed, Skills Hero runs, exam attempts and practice days, so the app can show your progress.
• Purchases: what you bought and when. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Site visits: pages viewed, the link that brought you here, device type and country. This is counted in total, not used to identify you.
• Settings on your device: your browser may save small preferences, such as whether sound is on.

How we use it

• To run your account and show your progress.
• To deliver what you bought and handle refunds.
• To send emails you asked for, such as your Readiness Score results and study tips. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To improve the app, for example by seeing which pages help students most.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share only what's needed with the companies that help run TestZest:

• Stripe (payments)
• Systeme.io (email)
• Lovable and Supabase (hosting, accounts and the app's database)
• Google (business email)

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• Delete your account anytime from the Account page. This removes your account and study progress. We keep a record of purchases for refunds and tax records. To also remove your Readiness Score answers and email list entry, email support@kingdomguardian.com.
• Stop emails with the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Ask for a copy or a correction of your information by emailing support@kingdomguardian.com.

Age

TestZest is for people 16 and older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

Keeping it safe

We use secure connections and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you don't use anywhere else.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will also be announced by email or in the app.
