Terms of Use

Effective October 17, 2026. These terms cover your use of CNA TestZest, run by Kingdom Guardian. By using the app, you agree to them.

1. Who can use TestZest. You must be 16 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

2. What TestZest is. TestZest is a study aid for the nurse aide (CNA) exam. It is not the official exam, and it is not connected to any testing company or state board (see the Disclaimer). It does not replace your training program, your state's candidate handbook, or your facility's policies. It is not medical advice.

3. No pass guarantee. We work hard to make TestZest accurate and useful, but we can't promise you will pass. Your result depends on your preparation and your test day.

4. Payments. Plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Prices are shown before you pay. If you bought the $7 Study Companion, you can upgrade to Full Unlock by paying the difference shown in the app.

5. Refunds. Email support@kingdomguardian.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

6. Founding Members. If you buy Full Unlock, you get every new question, skill and feature added to the CNA TestZest app at no extra cost. This is a standing promise to Full Unlock owners. Separate products, such as other courses or live classes, are not included.

7. Your account. Your account is for you alone. Please don't share your login or let others use your plan. Keep your password private. You can delete your account anytime from the Account page.

8. Our content. The questions, explanations, flashcards, skills steps, videos, guides and design belong to Kingdom Guardian. You may use them for your own studying. You may not copy, sell, post or share them publicly without written permission. Instructors who want to use TestZest with a class can contact us.

9. Fair use of the app. Don't try to break, copy, scrape or misuse the app or other people's accounts. We may close an account that does.

10. Changes to TestZest. We may add, change or remove features to improve the app. We will not take away anything a Founding Member has already been promised.

11. Limits on our responsibility. TestZest is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Kingdom Guardian is not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

12. The law that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

13. Changes to these terms. If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Using TestZest after a change means you accept the new terms.
